Enough Is Enough: No New Taxes

Start figuring out priority so ending and cut back on frills spending in tougher times. Taxes vs spending. It’s the spending that needs to be more scrutinized

Self entitled bunch don’t have a clue about what’s going on out there. We need to take away their paychecks!

It’s well past time for this council to reduce overhead and that starts with the greedy unions!

City Council needs to get its house in order. They cannot continue to spend when our city has the highest unemployment in the country. If they will not cut jobs then cut salaries and benefits. Industry has done this to save jobs and its key benefit is increased moral and workplace productivity, why because the company leadership lead, they did not do what was easy, which is to reduce staff, they took pay-cuts, higher on average than the general employee population. Our council and city leadership from manager up should take a 20% pay reduction and all city employees take a 10% reduction. This will pave the way to reducing both commercial and residential taxes, put more funds into the community and not add to the unemployment line.
