Biography:
Carolyn holds a Master's degree (MA) from the University of Victoria, and has spent the last decade working in the areas of disability case management, government grant management, higher education and the employment rights administrative justice system. She is also an employment consultant for small businesses.
Through her extensive background in working with governments of various levels in consultation with clients, she hopes to adopt a similar approach when it comes to working with city council to advocate for the Ward 11 community.
